ROADSIDE
EMERGENCIES
If you have a roadside emergency
like a flat tire, contact the PBA and
plan to have the trailer fixed. We will give authorization and
reimbursement to your church for
emergency repairs.

Reservations
- To reserve and use a PBA Mobile Unit, the following steps must be completed:
- Check the Online calendar to see if your date is available. If the date is available, complete the online form.
- The calendar will be updated once the form is received and the date is approved.
Pick Up Keys
- During the week of your event, call to schedule a time to pick up the unit keys.
- Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Closed 12:00–1:30 PM).
Complete Follow-Up
- After the event, return the unit promptly and complete the online follow-up form to report any issues or needed maintenance.

General Safety
- Only individuals who have completed this training may reserve Mobile Units.
- Trained personnel must supervise equipment at all times.
- If there is any concern regarding safety, do not proceed.
Equipment Operation
- Set up on level ground and use a tarp when conditions are damp.
- Secure each inflatable with a minimum of 3–4 sandbags.
- Do not overload inflatables; monitor and control occupancy at all times.
Equipment Care
- Use tarps when operating on asphalt or abrasive surfaces.
- Clean inflatables after each event.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on inflatables

Unpacking
- Select a flat, level surface free of rocks, sticks, or debris.
- Ensure adequate overhead clearance (trees, power lines, structures).
- Unroll the inflatable in the desired direction of use.
- If equipment is improperly packed or disorganized upon pickup, take a photo and notify PBA staff immediately.
Setup
- Attach blowers securely to the designated air ports.
- Tie off unused ports and close all Velcro and zipper compartments.
- Secure the inflatable using the provided sandbags.
Start-Up
- Use heavy-duty extension cords (14-gauge or heavier, max 100 feet).
- Each blower requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit (typically one 110V outlet).
- Turn on power and monitor inflation, ensuring no air leaks or twisted hoses.

- Remove debris and clean inflatable surfaces as needed.
- Power off and disconnect blowers.
- Open all vents and ports to allow full deflation (10–20 minutes).
Rolling the Inflatable
- Fold material inward toward center seams.
- Leave air ports open while rolling to release trapped air.
- Roll tightly from the end opposite the blower port.
- Secure the roll using straps or rope.
Packing the Trailer
- Return all equipment to labeled storage areas.
- Gather and store extension cords, sandbags, and stakes.
- Ensure the trailer is clean and properly packed before return.
- If equipment is returned dirty or improperly packed, please notify PBA and arrange to correct the issue promptly.
Returning the Unit
Return the unit to the PBA office as soon as possible or pass it to the next church only if previously coordinated.
Return keys during office hours or via the mail slot.
Keys typically do not need to be passed to the next user.
Reporting Broken Items
Notify the PBA office immediately of any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
If transferring the unit to another church, clearly communicate any issues.
Unreported damage cannot be repaired.

Please complete the follow-up form after your event It is available on the website and in the PBA App. This allows PBA to:
